‘The Retirement Adviser’ firstly needs to understand your requirements and your existing policy benefits. We will firstly require you to complete our Retirement Questionnaire and return it to us.

Following receipt of your completed Retirement Questionnaire, we will contact you to discuss your objectives and to confirm how we are to proceed with our investigations. Once we have understood both your requirements and the exact nature of your existing plans, we can start looking into a retirement solution to meet your needs.
We will search the market to find the most suitable retirement income based on your circumstances and objectives.
Once we have the required information, your Retirement Consultant will prepare an individually tailored report. The report will offer you details from your existing provider, a direct comparison between the open market and your existing provider and a suitable recommendation. Your Retirement Consultant will contact you to talk through the recommendation and to confirm how to proceed further. Once we receive your completed paperwork we will arrange the transfer of your pension fund and the set up of your retirement income contract.
Once your completed paperwork is received, we will acknowledge receipt and arrange the transfer of your existing funds and the set up of your new policy. To finalise the policy we will send you your policy documents for safekeeping.
